musicians: fiddler/guitarist Jean-Pierre Leduc ,
accordionist/singer Mireille Girard, and Sam
Moffett on dulcimer, accordeon and voice offers
traditional reels and quadrilles from Quebec, as
well as spirited response songs and old-fashioned
waltzes--these are mixed with a repertoire of
Brazilian pieces from the 70s, French cafe songs
and waltzes, fiddle tunes from Appalachia, and
original pieces.

Rick playsfinger-picking roots blues and country blues featuring songs by Mississippi John Hurt, Mance Lipscomb, Blind Willie McTell and many others. He also plays Brazilian music and ballads and sings in 3 languages.
The Frédéric Mallo et Fils Winery is family-owned, in its fourth generation, in the picturesque and historic village of Hunawihr in the Alsace Region of France. At an elevation of 850 feet, the rich, mineral soils provide for an exceptional terroir. Premium vineyards are located in the Rosacker and Mandelberg Grand Cru areas and include 50+-year-old vines. The family continues to use traditional European methods on the wine grapes they farm. Yields are carefully controlled throughout the season, and all grapes are hand-picked and crushed whole. The winery’s commitment to the environment extends beyond organically-grown grapes to the reintroduction of the endangered white stork (cigogne) in Alsace. Recent accolades include the gold medal for Mallo’s Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker in the international “Riesling du Monde” competition.
